Took my pup for grooming today and everyone was so nice and professional. The customer service is outstanding. They were honest and very thorough about my pup’s visit. 10/10 and will be recommending to everyone I know!
Decided to bring my handsome boy, Bandit, for his birthday; was AUTOMATICALLY greeted with Happy Birthdays - offered a free birthday photo shoot- their selection for birthday treats were by far the best I have seen- quality is like breathing for them

She is the owner; a wonderful intelligent and super friendly lass to work with- she has done an amazing job with this; our experience was beyond exceptional because of the staff and Marnie’s vision for a better quality pet store & more! Just picked up my Labradoodle at Green K9 Urbana after grooming by Brittany.
He looks great - just the look I wanted! I was desperate to find a groomer as our regular one not available. I didn’t know about this business until a friend gave me their contact info less than a week ago & it’s less than 5 miles from me. The staff is very friendly & helpful. Highly recommend - they have a lovely store as well as grooming!
Our dogs love Green K9! We bring them for grooming by the employees and to bathe them ourselves. They provide everything including the kitchen sink. The products are great and the customer service is top notch. So happy to have them in our neighborhood.
Marni and her team do AMAZING work! Americone Dream was matted and needed a makeover. The GreenK9 worked there magic and she is absolutely GORGEOUS! We LOVE LOVE LOVE the GreenK9! THANK YOU!
Great environment for our two Irish Setters and the BEST grooming service for our two "Redheads". The staff treated Mason and Mia with special care and an understanding of their personalities as well as how to truly groom them according to Irish Setter standards. Marnie is a true professional, communicates her knowledge of the breed and is great to work with pets and their human companions!

K9 groomed my golden doodle who was in in very bad need of a wash and cut!! They did an amazing job!!!
Loved all the amenities for the dogs and there was no wait to get my dog a bath. Very open space and clean facility. Will definitely be back!
We have been using the Green K9 for all of our puppy's needs and they have been wonderful. They have a large selection of gourmet and specialty food, treats, toys, and other necessities (food bowls, leashes, etc). They also have daycare and grooming services along with self-serve washing stations. The best part is the staff, everyone is so nice and they love the animals that come to visit. Our dog loves going here, highly recommended by dogs and humans!
I love this place! Marni and her team are so good to the animals. They take such good care of my dog when she's there and even tamed the mass of hair after not being able to have a grooming for covid. Marni is ready to give samples and educate you on good nutrition and new products. Highly recommend.

Thank you Victoria for trimming my grandbaby Stella’s nails yesterday. My son Kevin was coming to visit and was so happy he could get her nails trimmed. It’s obvious Stella feels so comfortable visiting you store as everyone has always been so welcoming and wonderful with Stella. While we were there we couldn’t help but buy quite a few treats yesterday for my sweet Stella.
A++++ Marni did an AMAZING job with my 120lb Newfie pup! This was his first "official" grooming session, and Marni made it easy for him. When I picked him up, not only was he totally GORGEOUS, but he was happy and playful with all the staff. So he obviously had been well taken care of by the team during his Spa Day. I can't recommend them enough--convenient, well priced, and they clearly love what they do!
this place is so wonderful! The staff and Groomers all took such great care of our dog. They have a wonderful selection, great prices, and such a beautiful facility. After grooming, Bandit has never looked better. Thank you guys so much for treating Bandit like family while he was with you!
GreenK9 does not dissappoint. Doggie daycare for our little dog is awesome complete with human contact throughout the day, toys, activity, hourly trips outside, and webcam so you can checkin on how your dog is enjoying his day. AND NO CAGES! We were looking for a temporary groomer and gave GreenK9 a try. They did a terrific job. Our dog Ben is pictured in the GreenK9 gallery (brown and white Shih Tzu.)
