Vaccinations

  • Bordetella (Canine Cough)    – Yearly
  • DHLPP or DA2PP                    – 3 year vaccine
  • Rabies                                         – 3 year vaccine
  • Fecal Test                                   – Yearly
  • Flea & Tick Preventative         – Monthly

The Bordetella vaccine cannot prevent infection 100% of the time, but it can lessen the severity of the symptoms, just like with the human flu vaccine.  Other diseases can also be spread between dogs not properly vaccinated, especially puppies and seniors.  Vaccinations are required for dogs 4 months and older.  For senior dogs or those with medical issues, we will accept a letter from your veterinarian excusing them from vaccines.

We do recommend vaccine titer tests as opposed to over-vaccinating.  Ask your veterinarian for more information.
